(What's this?) We still have one lonely laptop that doesn't have an internal wifi card and the adapter we had been using was a monstrosity. So needless to say I was happy to have the opportunity to try out the Belkin N300 Micro USB Adapter. First off this adapter is tiny! I am hopeful that it never falls out, because if it were to I probably wouldn't notice until it was too late. Next I went about installing it and once plugged in it was recognized immediately and had no trouble locating our Belkin N600 Wireless Dual-Band N+ Router at home. The connection was was good and I was surfing the internet in no time. Since then I have traveled with that computer a half dozen or so times and each time I have been able to connect to several open wifi spots at the local coffee shop, school and library with no connection issues. I easily recommend this adapter to anyone looking for a new one that wants it to be compact and reliable; as it has been for me.

I've had this unit for just at two months and have been nothing but happy with my purchase choice. It just plain does what it advertises.
Currently this antenna is connected to a HDTV tuner that is plugged into my computer and since the first day of use it has outperformed any other amplified antenna I have used before.
Pros:
It's much more compact and easy to place "out of the way" than more traditional antennas.
Once in place you can just leave it be with no need for any adjustments.
Fairly long cables to connect the antenna to your tuner/TV.
Cons:
None that I have encountered to date.
I am located within 8 miles of the three main broadcast antennas for our local TV stations. In fact, you can see them from my front door. All the other broadcast antennas for other stations are located at least 25 miles away which was why I was looking for something that could pull those signals in, all the time.
This little unit does the trick!
Once I had found the optimal location I have not had to touch this antenna once since the first week of December and I have not had any problems picking up all my local stations, even during a snow storm!
Overall, this is a great little antenna for those who want something they will not have to "fuss" with and want to be able to hide it out of site.

This Sony LCD is one of the best deals anyone is going to get. Like the other guy mentioned, I purchased mine directly from WalMart for $588! The image quality is outstanding. I have made a few tweaks like lowering the brightness, to help achieve deeper blacks. I will use a image calibrator later. The screen does have a slight glow at the top corners, but that is only visible during extremely rare black-out scenes. I noticed it while loading Blu-Rays, but once the movie starts the screen is very vibrant! The sound quality is not all that refined. I don't have money for an Audio system or receiver so I will just have to fiddle with the settings like bass and treble till I find the optimum tune. There are plenty of A/V connections, a plethora of options in the menue to fool around with, and a great remote. I have a PlayStation 3 hooked up by HDMI cable. That allows the system remotes to control devices, very cool! Go buy one!!!

Gaming:
BAD NEWS: First let me say that if you are looking to be a MLG pro and have the absolutely 0 input lag, you shouldn't buy this TV. Most TV's above 32 inches will have some kind of input lag. I would advise you to buy a 23" monitor for around ~$200 if you are looking for no delay at all. This TV is no different in that if you play competitively, you will notice a difference. I have tried HDMI, Compnent, and VGA...all play almost no affect with VGA "feeling" the least laggy. If you are looking to play any FPS competitively, I suggest buying a PC monitor as lag will be non-existent. The "Game Mode" is lame. It turns off all the post-processing options (you can turn off manually), but for some reason it seems to lag more than just leaving it on standard.
GOOD NEWS: This TV does not have as much input lag as other brands I have had in the past (Insignia, Sony, LG). If you are a casual gamer who plays fps/sports/adventure games than this TV may be right for you as the input lag is not noticeable to the average player.
Movies:
BAD NEWS: There is only a digital Audio Optical Out. I was hoping for RCA Audio out so I could connect it to my 2.1 speakers that only have RCA and 3.5mm input. (This is more of a personal Bad News than a Con of the TV)
GOOD NEWS: The TV works fine and looks beautiful. Movies/Sports are crisp and they sound descent out of the TV speakers.
PC:
BAD NEWS: I wouldn't use is as a dedicated monitor for gaming for the exact reason stated above. It feels slow, but maybe I was just to close to the screen.
GOOD NEWS: If you are going to use this as a secondary monitor to watch movies on or do off screen work (Monitor Stocks, watch streams, etc...) it works great. If you want to hook up a wireless mouse and keyboard and watch some netflix or browse youtube, it works great.
CONCLUSION:
The TV is a great TV for $400. It doesn't have as much delay as some of the other units I sampled and feels pretty solid for my gaming experience. The reason I gave it 4 stars is because it isn't input lag free (ERRR game mode blows) and it also didn't have RCA out. The complaints are small, but I feel they warranted a star down. I would recommend this TV to a average gamer who is looking for something that is a bit bigger in size and also allows for games to be played enjoyably.

I got a 60 inch NX 720 a few weeks ago. The brief summary is, despite doing a lot of research it exceeds my expectations.
To me it was a value vs performance decision. Yes there are better TVs, like the Sony HX929, but at that time the largest model of those was the 55 inch one and more expensive. And of course then there are the just newly released Sharp ELITE TVs, probably the best TVs money can buy, but also at least twice as expensive. Either way I opted for the NX720, because I think all this technology will be outdated in 3 years anyway and it is not worth spending the extra money. Save those extra few thousand dollars for the next TV in 3 years.
So what did I get? Well this TV replaces a 3 year old 40" Sony LCD flatpanel, so to me the 60 inches are plenty.
Next the black levels. The HX929 differently than the NX720 has full array backlighting with local dimming LEDs, so of course the NX720 is not going to beat that. Still it is a huge step up from my previous TV and so good that I am very impressed. The NX720 uses local edge dimming and according to CNET reviews it is still among the best of the local edge dimming TVs. To also quote a salesperson from a local Sony store: He said he compared the NX720 and HX929 by standing them right next to each other, "pixel by pixel" and he just absolutely could not see a difference in picture quality. In summary, I am glad I did not spend the extra money for an HX929, just to get a smaller TV. The black levels are very good.
The picture quality is great and with the 240 Hz refresh rate and the Motion Flow engine picture artifacts are a thing of the past, even fast animations are smooth. I say if you have 2500 to 3000 dollars to spend, depending on retailer I recommend taking a very close look at the NX720.
Only possible catch is the 3D capability of the set. I personally do not care much about 3D and did not even buy the glasses, but heard this TV is not that strong when it comes to 3D. Might be true, might not. If you want good 3D capabilities, just do some more research, try it out in the local Sony store.
About aesthetics, in my opinion this TV is the best looking one money can buy. It has a very elegant design and will add to your living room appearance. It looks great when running, just as it does when in standby.
One more note, which should not influence you on your buying decision, but did surprise me. The 60 inch model might be
very slim and sleek, but it is very heavy. I recommend to lift and handle by not less than 2 grown ups.
This TV weighs about 75 lbs with the stand mounted and 65 without it and has no grips or anything to hold on to when lifting.

I've had this TV for about 4+ months now. The strongest feature is the picture quality which I would hope is also your number one priority. I find the blacks to be deep and the colors saturated and bright. For those that are wondering, the 55" version of this series is LED edge-lit. There are plenty of options for a video-phile to get right down and tweak the heck out of the display, but most people will be blown away with just the Standard picture setting. One gripe is that I'm not convinced you can truly disable Dynamic Contrast. Even with it, "Disabled" I will catch it doing an unnecessary dimming in low-light scenes. I'm still on the fence with Tru Motion. I mostly leave it off. It's just a little too jarring for my brain right now. I was raised on 30/24 FPS. You'll see what I mean (And learn what the, "Soap Opera Effect" is). Smart TV is a nice diversion. You can browse the web, Facebook, etc. But take note that at this time they do not offer Pandora as an app which is a tremendous letdown. There is also no support for an external keyboard - so have fun navigating the web with the Magic Motion remote! (/endsarcasm) I find myself using Media Link frequently. Media Link is essentially Plex running on your TV. You just need to have Plex running on any Windows/OSX computer on your network and your computer will stream right to the TV. It's a great feature and is a tremendous piece of software. As a side note, LG includes a Wireless N adapter unlike Sony who makes you buy it separately for $100. Physically, the TV is very light and slim. The bezel isn't the thinnest I've ever seen, though, if that matters to you. The Magic Motion remote is only OK. It's nothing like a Wii remote. You'll find yourself constantly resetting it because the pointer floats off its original center point in a matter of seconds. I ended up using the normal remote mostly. Sound-wise, the sound/speakers are pretty low-end. They make noise and you can hear stuff, but that's about it.
All in all, this TV excels where a TV should excel: Picture quality. Go to your local retailer and see for yourself. I actually bought this TV based on what I saw with my own eyes. Despite some minor gripes, I feel confident recommending it to anyone on the market for an LED LCD that is fairly budget-friendly.
My Wishlist so far:
1. Not offering Pandora as a Premium App is inexcusable these days. It's the first app I looked for and it's really the only one I care about. And along those lines...
1a. ...If you're playing your iPod through the TV (Stereo mini-plug) to send to your receiver via the TV's Optical-out, the TV thinks there is no signal then shuts itself off automatically after a few minutes, effectively killing your iPod signal.
2. Add TruMotion to the quick menu. It's a very situational feature. I'd love to be able to just enable/disable without digging through the menu.
3. Would like to see release notes for updates.

We had a Toshiba 42" Regza for a few years. Still working fine. I wanted a newer one because when my hubby retires in a few months we will only be able to afford to sit around watching TV. Easy set up and WOW what a beautiful picture. Got the free Magic Remote with it. Still have issues controlling that. If you don't have problems with a Wii remote,you won't with this.All in all this TV is wonderful so far. Excellent picture quality,easy set up,fast delivery. Only complaint is as with all flatscreens the sound. I can't believe I bought it without seeing the picture quality first. Could not be more pleased with this purchase.

Excellent high-definition screen image used with DirectTV receiver and disk/VCR component. Internet apps easy to use (e.g., Netflix). Presents clear picture when viewed off-center. Only minor distraction is the slight re-imaging delay when changing channels. Purchased from [...] through Amazon. Definitely worth the discounted price (approx $1600). Delivery by Pilot Air and local land transit took just over 10 days from date of purchase. When reviewing, note the Sharp model nr as there appear to be several models; however, this model appears to be their latest made in March 2011.
